CEO, Guy P. Evans, MPH, FACHE
Guy is the Founder/CEO of Symmetry Healthcare Strategies, LLC. Symmetry provides consulting, nurse registry management and business development services to hospitals, hospital associations and healthcare vendors throughout the United States. Guy brings almost 20 years of healthcare consulting, marketing, and business development experience to Symmetry and is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company and for overseeing the operations.
Prior to founding Symmetry, Guy served as the Vice President of Business Development for NJHA Corporate Services, the for-profit subsidiary of the New Jersey Hospital Association, located in Princeton, NJ. For more than eight years Guy’s business development expertise, in addition to founding the Association’s highly successful Nurse Registry Staffing Program, helped the Association’s Corporate Services division to become one of the premier hospital association business units in the country.
Prior to NJHA, Guy served as Sr. Vice President of Consulting Services for publicly traded QuadraMed Corporation, Larkspur, CA and as Manager of Financial Planning Systems for Healthcare Design Systems, Sea Girt, NJ.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration from Cook College, Rutgers University, and his Master’s Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).
Guy is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the NJ Association of Health Care Recruiters (NJAHCR). Guy holds the designation of Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), has served on the Board of the National Association of Health Data Organizations (NAHDO), and currently serves as Treasure of the Association of Healthcare Enterprises (AHE).
Diane Adams, RN, BSN
Diane is Co-Founder of Symmetry Healthcare Strategies, LLC and President of Symmetry Staffing Services Division. Diane brings to Symmetry over 24 years of clinical, human resource, supplemental staffing and healthcare business experience. Diane focuses on the day-to-day operations and management of Symmetry’s current staffing partnership alliances and contributes to the growth of new business lines.
Prior to co-founding Symmetry, Diane held the position of Director for the New Jersey Hospital Association’s Registry Management Program. Diane was at the forefront of launching the Registry Program, a highly successful, single-contract supplemental staffing solution for NJ Healthcare organizations and national supplemental healthcare agencies. Diane’s professional experiences have given her unique insights to internal day-to-day administrative and operational staffing challenges within the healthcare industry. While at NJHA, Diane was able to successfully enhance supplemental staffing efficiencies throughout the state and was instrumental in ensuring that essential quality assurance standards for supplemental staff were reached and maintained.
Diane is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Delaware and expects to receive her MBA from Rider University in 2011. Diane maintains her clinical skills, on a per diem basis, at the University Medical Center at Princeton, Princeton, NJ and is an active member of the Organization of Nurse Executives NJ (ONENJ) and the NJ Association of Health Care Recruiters (NJAHCR).

Daniel Dwyer
Dan joined Symmetry Healthcare in January 2010 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing and oversees all U.S. sales and marketing efforts for Symmetry Healthcare and is responsible for market expansion.
Dan brings more than 15 years experience in healthcare information technology sales and marketing. Dan’s previous experience has had specific focus on sales operations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development. He has a demonstrated successful history of achievement in leading revenue growth.
Prior to joining Symmetry Healthcare, Dan served as vice president at MedAssets, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDAS) where he led the sales operations organization. Earlier, he served as vice president sales operations for Accuro Healthcare Solutions and led all sales and marketing efforts for Innovative Health Solutions as Chief Sales Officer. He spent ten years with QuadraMed Corporation in enterprise sales nationally and strategic sales to large accounts and held various key leadership, operations and sales management positions.
Dan is a veteran of the US Navy, attended Rutgers University and is an active member of HIMSS and HFMA. He is an active volunteer at his children’s schools, church and local community sports programs. Dan’s favorite times are spent with wife Cherie and his children Alexandra, Ian and Abby.
President, VMS Services, Michael Wheeden
Mike has been in new business development for over 15 years. He has been involved in bringing new products/services or existing products/services to new markets. Mike has previously created and sold a Health Care company in Maryland focused on delivering Healthcare Certification training with annual sales of $2M. He was also a key partner in the purchase and turnaround of a Maryland based Medical Adult Day care in 2003. He has experience in starting, growing, selling and purchasing companies and is a seasoned entrepreneur. Mike has an undergraduate degree in business and economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland.
CTO, Ryan Gilligan
Ryan has over 10 yrs of experience in the field of software development, specializing in enterprise level web-based data driven applications. He has spent the last 7 of those yrs. as Senior/Lead Developer, leading teams through the development process utilizing cutting edge technology to meet desired business objectives. Ryan is a seasoned guru in Microsoft ASP.NET web technology. His experience includes full development lifecycle engagement – from project management, requirements gathering, systems architecture design, database engineering, development, testing, implementation, monitoring and maintenance. His industry experience ranges from software development, government, financial, e-commerce, telecommunications, and healthcare. He has spent most of his career developing and managing teams building creative solutions from the ground up through the implementation and maintenance phases. Solutions go beyond the scope of the web and include a variety of technologies to maximize effectiveness which include web integration with fax, text messaging and Interactive Voice Response or phone text to speech.
Ryan is a graduate of Towson University with a BA in Economics. He is also a Sun Certified Java Developer and Oracle Certified Java Programmer.
